GRIMSBY – Niagara Regional Police are investigating a shooting incident in Grimsby.
Around 12:30 a.m. Saturday, police were called to a George Street residence.
Upon arrival, officers say they observed bullet holes to the front window of the residence and bullets were found inside the home.
The occupants, who were unharmed, had notified police.
Investigation into this incident is being conducted by the 8 District Detective Office with the assistance of the Forensic Services Unit.
“This is not believed to be a random act,” investigators said in a media release issued Saturday morning.
No other details were immediately available.
