One Billion Rising is the largest day of action in the history of V-Day, the global activist movement to end violence against women and girls.
The event, which is celebrating its 15th year on Feb. 14, will be observed in Niagara-on–the- Lake with a Striking Rising Dance at the Community Centre, raising awareness for the cause and raising funds for Gillian’s Place.
