ENTERTAINMENT: Artpark casting for ‘Sound of Music’

LEWISTON – Artpark & Company Inc. announces auditions for its upcoming Mainstage production “Sound of Music,” which will start rehearsals June 24 and run until July 19.

Auditions will be held on Saturday, March 9, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Niagara University Annex (in the Valu Home Center plaza on Porter Road, Niagara Falls).

A wide variety of roles are available, including children ages 7 to 17, dancer and singers, and also singing-only roles. An accompanist will be provided. Those interested should bring your sheet music, a headshot and resume.

Callbacks will be held on Sunday, March 10. Email susan@artpark.net with any questions.

This is an open call. No appointment is needed.

John Robbins, an award-winning multimedia journalist, joined Bullet News as a staff writer in January 2011. He was named editor in April 2013.
