REGION: Regular garbage and recycling collection on Family Day

NIAGARA – All essential services provided by Niagara Region will be available on Family Day, Monday, Feb. 18.

There will be regular garbage and recycling collection. Most Regional offices and facilities will be closed, including:

• Administrative offices



• Sexual health clinics

• Public Health

• Child care services

Other services provided by Niagara Region will operate on holiday schedules.

Niagara Region Transit and Niagara Specialized Transit:

Niagara Region Transit and Niagara Specialized Transit will not be operating on Feb. 18.

Niagara Region Residential Waste and Recycling Drop-off Depots:

Depot Hours on Monday, Feb. 18

Walker Residential Drop-off Depot (Thorold)

Closed

Bridge St. Drop-off Depot (Fort Erie)

8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Humberstone Landfill and Drop-off Depot (Welland)

8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Niagara Road 12 Landfill and Drop-off Depot (West Lincoln)

Closed
