CRIME: St. Catharines man charged with sexual assault

NIAGARA FALLS – A 55-year-old St. Catharines man has been charged with sexual assault.

The arrest, which was announced Friday, stems from an investigation into a complaint by a female employee of a Casino district hotel, who claims she was inappropriately touched.



Peter Bochenek is cahrged with one count of sexual assault.

Bochenek was scheduled to appear in bail court Friday to answer to the charge.
