POLICE: Hamilton man accused of sexually assaulting woman at Grimsby workplace

GRIMSBY – A Hamilton man has been charged with sexual assault involving a workplace complaint.

In November 2012, the Niagara Regional Police Sexual Assault Unit began an investigation into complaint alleging inappropriate touching of a female at a Grimsby workplace.



As a result of the investigation, 48 year-old Jatinder Labana has been charged with one count of sexual assault.

Police the alleged incident was not a random act as the male was known to the female.

Labana was scheduled to appear in bail court Friday.
