UPDATE: Two teens charged in connection with sexual assault in Welland

Two teens, 15 and 17, face charges of sexual assault following an investigation into a complaint by a Welland woman.

On Monday police began an investigation after a woman reported an incident had occurred in a Welland residence on March 10.



The 15-year-old teen is charged with sexual assault and sexual assault party to the offence. After learning that police were activley looking for him, a 17-year-old male turned himself in at the Welland Police Station Tuesday evening.

As a result of the investigation, police have arrested this 17 year old male and charged him with sexual assault and sexual assault party to the offence.

Neither of the accused can be identified under provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

    If you you adult crimes then may be you should be charged as an adult!!!
