NIAGARA – Police investigating the discovery of a woman’s body in St. Catharines have ruled out foul play.
Niagara Regional Police said Monday their investigation into the discovery on Sept. 21 of a woman’s body at a property on George Street will continue with the assistance of the local coroner’s office, but “at this point, foul play is not suspected.”
The investigation by the NRP’s major crime unit began after police were called to the residence to check on the welfare of the occupant.
The name and age of the deceased have not been released.
