FIT TIPS/Dan Giancola
NIAGARA FALLS – Sometimes, rediscovering old fitness equipment that has been stashed away at home can be a great way to inject new life into a fitness routine.
This week, I focus on interval training that develops strength, cardio and core using various equipment that you may find around the house, or specialty equipment, including punching bags.
The exercises are quick, effective and easy for beginner to advanced levels.
