May Apples can now be seen emerging from the edges of Niagara's woodlots. To taste the delicious fruit you'll have to watch them to be able to identify them when they become edible in the fall. Can you imagine if suddenly an emergency situation caused enough panic to make the store shelves go bare? If the US dollar disintegrated tomorrow and caused worldwide hyperinflation would you be ready? Would you be able to feed yourself if there was no food to buy?
